Refund and exchange policy note

 

  • For reasons of cleanliness, the things have to be unused and unwashed.

  • The product needs to be in its original packing with its original tags. We won't accept anything that don't have their original tags.

  • Returned or exchanged items cannot be customized or altered.

  • Your request for a return is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • If necessary, blouses or customized items will only require one alteration. Any further changes, including those resulting from courier services, will be the customer's responsibility.

  • We will inform you immediately if the product you ordered is out of stock and refund the full amount in your store credit or in your account

Exchange Guidelines

  • Submit an exchange request using https://www.dzineoak.com/ within 72 hours after receiving the merchandise.
  • The new product will be mailed to you within five to seven business days of the product being received.
  • If your request is approved, we will send you an email confirming it within a day.
  • When picking up the product, please make sure the original packing is still in place.
  • Requests for returns and exchanges made beyond the first 72 hours after shipment receipt will not be entertained. If something extraordinary happens, please send us an email at dzineoak.mk@gmail.com
  • We will notify you as soon as we receive your cargo.
  • You will have to self-ship the item if there isn't a pick-up service available where you live.
  • If you modified the product on your own or for your own use, the exchange will be refused.
  • When an item is delivered, you are able to pay the remaining sum if you would like to exchange it for one of greater value.
  • The product will ship as soon as it arrives and any monies that are not used for future purchases will be reimbursed as store credit if you would like to exchange it for a lower-value item.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Following 72 hours of obtaining the merchandise, submit a return request.
  • If we approve the request, you will get an email from us confirming it within a day.
  • At the time of product pickup, please make sure the packaging that it came in is still in place.
  • Requests for returns and exchanges made later than 72 hours following the shipment's arrival will not be honored. In rare circumstances, please send an email to dzineoak.mk@gmail.com
  • We will notify you as soon as your cargo arrives.
  • Should a pick-up service not be offered where you are, you will have to mail the item yourself to Dzine Oak 
  • If you customized the goods, it will not be recognized for return.
  • You'll get shop credit in exchange for the money you paid for your transaction.

How can I use my store credit and what are the procedures?

  • 4-6 days following the pickup, the shop credit will be accessible in your account.
  • Enter your login information on the website
  • Put the items you want to buy in your cart after making your selections.
  • During the checkout procedure, your shop credit will be applied automatically.
  • Nothing will need to be paid since, when you make a subsequent purchase, the way you pay will be converted to store credit.

    Cancellation Policy:

    We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for your convenience. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to receive a full refund.

    Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. This fee helps cover the costs associated with holding the reservation and potential loss of revenue due to the late cancellation.

    To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly via phone or email with your booking details. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
